Think of me as your personal Angie's List

personal Angie's List

Over the years, I have built strong relationships with trusted vendors across all fields. I know as a homeowner (and previous home buyer & seller), that you never know when you will need someone. Below are my trusted partners that I’m sharing with you:

Trusted Lendor Partners

When should you get pre-approved? If you’re thinking about buying the next 3-6 months, now is the time to call a lender and see where you land with financing - this is your first (extremely important step to home ownership! I have purchased multiple homes at this point in time and know how incredibly important it is to align yourself with a lender who will get the job done right and on time!

home Staging & Design

Should you stage your vacant home to sell? YES! Should you stage your occupied home to sell? YES! I have personally worked with staging companies on my own properties and it makes a HUGE difference! Statistics show us that homes sell between 7-12% more than list price on average when staged. Vacant homes just simply don’t sell as well because buyers have a tough time envisioning themselves in the space. Show them what your home is made for and stage it right the first time!

You’re overwhelmed, frustrated, feel like you have a never ending to-do list to get the house ready, not sure where to start or what projects make sense to make you more money on your sale…. Selling a house can be emotional, tiring, and have so many factors involved. Download my Home Seller Bootcamp Guide to see what your very first steps in the process should be.

During the homebuying process, it is crucial to have a knowledgeable professional walk through your home and alert you of things that you might not have seen during our initial walk through. This could save you potentially thousands of dollars or save you from walking into a lemon of a home. They are also great at confirming when you are buying a GREAT home and that makes you feel more empowered as a buyer when you know you’re making the right decision.
