On Oct. 1 and 2, enjoy the best of autumn with Meert Tree Farm! Their annual fall festival is back and will kick off pumpkin picking season with a two-day event at the farm. At the Jefferson County Fairgrounds on Oct. 8, check out the free Hillsboro Horse Show and Fall Festival. The event will feature multiple classes of competition as well as an old-fashioned hometown fall festival.
